Compliant proposals.
Flat fees. You own the bid.

Small teams bidding
without a proposal shop.
Businesses with 1–100 staff bidding federal, state, or local work, especially firms without a full-time proposal manager: IT, professional services, facilities, construction, and logistics contractors.
Small teams lose bids on compliance, not capability: missed instructions, weak structure, late volumes, and no time to read every opportunity.
Flat fees only.
No contingent fees.
Due regardless of award
We charge flat fees only. We do not charge contingent or success fees — payment is never based on winning an award — consistent with the covenant against contingent fees (FAR Subpart 3.4 / FAR 52.203-5). The price is fixed after scoping, written in the statement of work, and due whether or not the bid wins. We do not guarantee an award.
Rush delivery under 5 business days for a full proposal is +25%. On pricing volumes we format and check the file. The client sets every price and rate.
